These terms apply to all Promotion Periods from 01/09/2025 onwards, unless and until new Promotion Specific Terms are issued. If this happens, the new Promotion Specific Terms will automatically replace these.

1. ABOUT US

1.1 The promoter is Kytty Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 16147394, and registered office at Cambridge House, 16 High Street, Saffron Walden, Essex, CB10 1AX. 2FIFTY is a trading name of Kytty Ltd ("2FIFTY", "we", "us", or "our").
1.2 Before entering any prize draw promoted by 2FIFTY, individuals can find everything they need to know about us and our prize draws at www.2FIFTY.co.uk (the “Website”) or, once available, via the 2FIFTY App (the “App”). The Website and the App together are referred to as the “Platforms”.
1.4 Where entry is made via a paid subscription, your participation is also subject to our Subscriber Terms, available on the Platforms.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD AND PRIZE DRAWS

2.1 All Prize Draws operate in relation to a weekly Promotion Period, which begins at 6:00pm every Sunday and ends at 6:00pm the following Sunday.
2.2 During each Promotion Period, the following Prize Draws will be operated:
(a) Daily Cash Draws – A guaranteed cash prize will be awarded each day to one randomly selected winner from all valid entries.
(b) Weekly Jackpot Draw – A cash prize draw held at the end of each Promotion Period, between 6pm and midnight on Sunday. A winner will only be declared if the randomly drawn, 4 character alphanumeric code exactly matches one of the valid entry codes.
(c) Bonus Draws – May be offered during any Promotion Period at 2FIFTY’s discretion. Full details will be announced on the Platforms and/or by email.

3.1 All Prize Draws operated during this Promotion Period are open to individuals who:
(a) are resident in the United Kingdom; and
(b) are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
except for the following, who are not eligible to enter:
(i) Employees, officers, or shareholders of 2FIFTY or any of its holding or subsidiary companies;
(ii) Employees of any agent, supplier, or third party professionally connected with the administration of a Prize Draw or Promotion Period;
(iii) Immediate family members (including spouse, civil partner, child (including adopted or stepchild), parent, or sibling) or individuals residing at the same residential address as those in (i) or (ii).
3.2 By participating in any Prize Draw, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements and are entitled to claim any prize you may win.
3.3 2FIFTY may request proof of age, identity, address, or other evidence to verify your eligibility before awarding a prize.
3.4 2FIFTY reserves the right to disqualify any entry or withhold a prize if it reasonably believes that a Participant has:
(a) breached any of the Governing Documents (including these Promotion Specific Terms or the main Prize Draw Terms); or
(b) acted fraudulently, dishonestly, or in any way that undermines the fairness of the draw.

4. HOW TO ENTER

4.1 There are two ways to enter a Prize Draw during a Promotion Period:
(a) Subscription Entry – By holding an active weekly subscription through the 2FIFTY Platforms, you will automatically receive one or more unique 4 character entry codes, with the number of codes you receive being based on your subscription tier. Your unique codes will be automatically entered into all applicable Prize Draws (Daily Cash, Weekly Jackpot, and Bonus) while your subscription remains active. For subscribers, the closing date for each Prize Draw is as follows…
• Daily Cash Draw – 6pm each day
• Weekly Jackpot Draw – 6pm each Sunday
• Bonus Draws – As announced on the Platforms and/or by email
Every weekly subscription will ensure entry into 7 Daily Cash Draws, 1 Weekly Jackpot Draw, and any Bonus Draws announced during that Promotion Period. Depending on when your subscription starts and renews, a subscription may generate entries into 2 adjacent Promotion Periods.
For example…
• Promotion Period 1 – Sunday, 24/8/25 6pm to Sunday, 31/8 6pm
• Promotion Period 2 – Sunday, 31/8/25 6pm to Sunday, 7/9 6pm
• Subscription taken out on Wednesday, 27/8 at 8pm
• Codes relating to this payment will be entered into…
o Thursday 28/8 – Sunday 31/8 Daily Cash Draws, during Promotion Period 1 (because the subscription has been made after 6pm, the first eligible Daily Cash Draw is Thursday)
o Monday 1/9 – Wednesday 3/9 Daily Cash Draws, during Promotion Period 2
o Friday during Promotion Period 1
o Sunday 31/8 Weekly Jackpot Draw relating to Promotion Period 1
• Subsequent subscription payments made at 8pm on 3/9 and weekly thereafter, will follow the same pattern as above, with each weekly subscription always generating entries into a full week’s worth of draws, spanning 2 adjacent Promotion Periods.

(b) Postal Entry – You may enter by post without subscribing. To do so, send a handwritten or typed entry including your:
- Full name
- Residential address
- Email address

4.2 Postal Entry - Participants may enter the Promotion without subscribing by submitting a valid postal entry. Only one entry is permitted per envelope or postcard. There is no limit to the number of valid postal entries a participant may submit, provided each entry is sent separately in its own envelope or on its own postcard. Each valid postal entry will be allocated a 4 character alphanumeric code and this code will be entered into each draw relating the relevant Promotion Period for that postal entry.
To be eligible for inclusion in the next Promotion Period, postal entries must be received by the postal entry closing date, which is 5:00pm on the Thursday immediately preceding the beginning of that Promotion Period (which begins at 6:00pm on Sunday). Postal entries are not processed on Saturdays or Sundays, so participants should allow sufficient time for delivery and handling.
Entries received after the Thursday 5:00pm deadline will be included in the following week’s Promotion Period. Incomplete, illegible, incorrectly addressed, or otherwise non-compliant entries will be void and not generate an entry into any draw.
For example, a postal entry received on a Wednesday will generate entries into all draws relating to the Promotion Period that begins at 6pm on the following Sunday. If a postal entry is received on a Friday, it will generate entries into all draws relating to the Promotion Period that begins at 6pm, a week on Sunday.
Postal entries are treated in the same manner as subscription entries and have an equal chance of winning. 2FIFTY does not issue confirmations of receipt and participants will not be contacted if an entry is rejected or void.

4.3 Participants who enter by post will receive one valid entry into all Prize Draws for the Promotion Period in which their entry is received.

5. PRIZE DETAILS

5.1 The prizes available relating to each Promotion Period are as follows:
(a) Daily Cash Draws – One winner per day will receive a £250 cash prize.
(b) Weekly Jackpot Draw – A £25,000 cash prize may be awarded if the randomly drawn, 4 character alphanumeric code exactly matches one of the valid entry codes for that draw. If no valid entry code matches, no Weekly Jackpot cash prize will be awarded for that Promotion Period.
(c) Bonus Draws – Where a Bonus Draw is announced during the Promotion Period, prize details (and any additional terms) will be published in the applicable Bonus Announcement.
5.2 2FIFTY may also run Bonus Draws during the Promotion Period. These will be announced separately and will include details of any additional prizes available and the specific terms that apply.
5.3 All cash prizes will be paid by bank transfer to a verified UK bank account held in the winner’s name. 2FIFTY may request supporting documentation to verify the account before payment is made.
5.4 2FIFTY reserves the right to substitute any non-cash prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND PRIZE FULFILMENT

6.1 For each Prize Draw, winning codes and potential potential winning codes (in the case of the Weekly Jackpot Draw) will be selected using a random draw process conducted by 2FIFTY or an independent third-party service such as RANDOM.ORG.
6.2 Potential winners will be notified by email and, where possible, by phone within 48 hours of the draw taking place.
6.3 2FIFTY will make up to three attempts to contact each winner. If the winner cannot be reached or does not respond within 14 days, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternative winner may be selected.
6.4 Once verified, 2FIFTY will aim to issue or arrange delivery of the prize within 28 days, subject to any reasonable delays outside 2FIFTY’s control.

7. GENERAL TERMS

7.1 The decision of 2FIFTY regarding any aspect of a Prize Draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
7.2 2FIFTY may cancel, suspend, or amend a Promotion Period or Prize Draw if it becomes necessary to do so due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control.
7.3 2FIFTY may transfer its rights and obligations under these Promotion Specific Terms to another organisation. If this happens, Participants will be notified, and any such transfer will not affect ongoing Prize Draws.
7.4 Participants may not transfer their rights under these Promotion Specific Terms or any prize they win to another person.
7.5 Only the named Participant may enforce these Promotion Specific Terms. No third party shall have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
7.6 If any provision of these Promotion Specific Terms is found to be invalid or unlawful, the remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect.
7.7 A delay in exercising or enforcing any right by 2FIFTY does not constitute a waiver of that right.
7.8 These Promotion Specific Terms, and any disputes or claims arising from them, are governed by English law. You may bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you reside in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home jurisdiction.
