These terms apply to all Promotion Periods from 24/10/2025 onwards, unless and until new Promotion Specific Terms are issued. If this happens, the new Promotion Specific Terms will automatically replace these.

1. ABOUT US

1.1 The promoter is Kytty Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 16147394, and registered office at Cambridge House, 16 High Street, Saffron Walden, Essex, CB10 1AX. 2FIFTY is a trading name of Kytty Ltd (“2FIFTY”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

1.2 Before entering any prize draw promoted by 2FIFTY, individuals can find everything they need to know about us and our prize draws at www.2FIFTY.co.uk (the “Website”) or, once available, via the 2FIFTY App (the “App”). The Website and the App together are referred to as the “Platforms”.

1.4 Where entry is made via a paid subscription, your participation is also subject to our Subscriber Terms, available on the Platforms.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD AND PRIZE DRAWS

2.1 All Prize Draws operate in relation to a weekly Promotion Period, which begins at 6:00pm every Sunday and ends at 6:00pm the following Sunday.

2.2 During each Promotion Period, the following Prize Draws will be operated:
(a) Daily Cash Draws – A guaranteed cash prize will be awarded each day to one randomly selected winner from all valid entries.
(b) Weekly Jackpot Draw – A cash prize draw held at the end of each Promotion Period, between 6:00pm and midnight on Sunday. A winner will only be declared if the randomly drawn, 4-character alphanumeric code exactly matches one of the valid entry codes.
(c) Bonus Draws (Twice-Weekly) – Held every Tuesday and Thursday. On each Bonus Draw Day, the Daily Cash Draw winner also wins that day’s Bonus Prize (no separate entry).

3. ELIGIBILITY

3.1 Entry is open only to UK residents aged 18+. The following are not eligible: employees, officers or shareholders of Kytty Ltd (2FIFTY) and its group companies; agents/suppliers or third parties professionally connected with a Draw; and their immediate family members or co-residents.

3.2 Entries must be made personally by the named individual. One account per person. We may apply per-Draw entry caps and/or subscription tier limits as stated on the Platforms or in the Prize Draw Terms. Attempts to circumvent any cap or restriction (e.g., multiple accounts or payment methods) may lead to disqualification and/or account closure.

3.3 We may require identity, age and residency verification (and, for cash prizes, bank account verification) before awarding any prize. Failure to provide adequate proof may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture.

3.4 Invalid entries include those that are third-party, bulk or automated, or incomplete, illegible, altered or tampered with, or otherwise in breach of these Promotion Specific Terms, the Prize Draw Terms, or the Postal Entry Instructions.

4. HOW TO ENTER

4.1 There are two ways to enter a Prize Draw during a Promotion Period:
(a) Subscription Entry – By holding an active weekly subscription through the 2FIFTY Platforms, you will automatically receive one or more unique 4-character entry codes, based on your subscription tier. Your unique codes will be automatically entered into all applicable Prize Draws (Daily Cash, Weekly Jackpot, and Bonus) while your subscription remains active. For subscribers, the closing date for each Prize Draw is as follows:
• Daily Cash Draw – 6:00pm each day
• Weekly Jackpot Draw – 6:00pm each Sunday
• Bonus Draws – Tuesdays and Thursdays (Daily entries close at 6:00pm; the Bonus Prize is awarded to that day’s Daily Cash Draw winner).

(b) Postal Entry – You may enter by post without subscribing, following the Postal Entry Instructions on the Platforms. Each valid postal entry will be allocated a 4-character alphanumeric code and this code will be entered into each draw relating to the relevant Promotion Period.

4.2 Timing examples and handling rules for subscription renewals and postal entries are explained on the Platforms.

5. PRIZE DETAILS

5.1 The prizes available relating to each Promotion Period are as follows:
(a) Daily Cash Draws – One winner per day will receive a £250 cash prize.
(b) Weekly Jackpot Draw – A £25,000 cash prize may be awarded if the randomly drawn, 4-character alphanumeric code exactly matches one of the valid entry codes for that draw. If no valid entry code matches, no Weekly Jackpot cash prize will be awarded for that Promotion Period.
(c) Bonus Draws (Twice-Weekly) – On each Tuesday and Thursday, the Daily Cash Draw winner also wins one (1) Bonus Prize chosen from the day’s Prize Menu published on the Platforms. The winner must select their Bonus Prize within seven (7) days of notification. If unavailable, 2FIFTY may substitute a prize of equal or higher value or provide a voucher/gift card to the same value. No cash alternative unless 2FIFTY agrees otherwise in writing. Fulfilment will ordinarily occur within 30 days of selection (UK delivery unless agreed otherwise).

5.2 All cash prizes will be paid by bank transfer to a verified UK bank account held in the winner’s name. 2FIFTY may request supporting documentation to verify the account before payment is made.

5.3 2FIFTY reserves the right to substitute any non-cash prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND PRIZE FULFILMENT

6.1 For each Prize Draw, winning codes and potential winning codes (in the case of the Weekly Jackpot Draw) will be selected using a random draw process conducted by 2FIFTY or an independent third-party service such as RANDOM.ORG.

6.2 Potential winners will be notified by email and, where possible, by phone within 48 hours of the draw taking place.

6.3 2FIFTY will make up to three attempts to contact each winner. If the winner cannot be reached or does not respond within 14 days, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternative winner may be selected.

6.4 Once verified, 2FIFTY will aim to issue or arrange delivery of the prize within 28–30 days, subject to any reasonable delays outside 2FIFTY’s control.

7. GENERAL TERMS

7.1 Decisions final. Our decisions regarding Draws, eligibility and awards are final; we may withhold prizes pending verification.

7.2 Changes/cancellation. We may cancel, suspend or amend a Draw where necessary (e.g., systems failure or events outside our control) and will take reasonable steps to minimise any detriment to Participants.

7.3 Assignment. We may assign or transfer our rights/obligations to another organisation; you may not assign your rights.

7.4 Non-transfer. Entries and prizes are non-transferable and may not be sold, auctioned or exchanged without our prior written consent.

7.5 Liability. Nothing excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud. Subject to that, we are not responsible for loss or damage not foreseeable or caused by events outside our reasonable control.

7.6 Third-party rights. No person other than the parties to these terms has any rights to enforce them.

7.7 Severability. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder will continue in force.

7.8 Governing law/jurisdiction. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales; the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
