2FIFTY Prize Draw Terms
These terms apply from 24/10/2025 onwards, unless and until new Prize Draw Terms are issued. If this happens, the new Prize Draw Terms will automatically replace these.
1. ABOUT US
1.1 The promoter is Kytty Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 16147394 and registered office at Cambridge House, 16 High Street, Saffron Walden, Essex, CB10 1AX. 2FIFTY is a trading name of Kytty Ltd (“2FIFTY”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
1.2 Before entering any prize draw promoted by 2FIFTY, individuals can find all relevant information about us and our prize draws on our website www.2FIFTY.co.uk (the “Website”) and, once available, via the 2FIFTY mobile application (the “App”) (together, the Website and the App are referred to as the “Platforms”). You may also contact our team by email at: ask@2FIFTY.co.uk.
1.3 2FIFTY operates various prize draws on a recurring basis. These are governed by:
- These Prize Draw Terms;
- Promotion Specific Terms issued for each promotion period;
- Any Bonus Announcements relating to additional draws or prizes.
1.4 The Platforms may also contain links to our other legal documents, including our Website Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Subscriber Terms.
2. TYPES OF PRIZE DRAW
2.1 Each Promotion Period will run for one week, beginning and ending every Sunday at 6:00pm.
2.2 During each Promotion Period, 2FIFTY will operate the following prize draws:
- (a) Daily Cash Draws – A cash prize draw held each day. One guaranteed winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
- (b) Weekly Jackpot Draw – A cash prize draw held at the end of each Promotion Period, between 6:00pm and midnight on Sunday. This draw is not guaranteed to have a winner. A winner will only be declared if the randomly drawn, 4‑character alphanumeric code exactly matches one of the valid entry codes for that draw.
- (c) Bonus Draws (Twice‑Weekly) – A non‑cash prize draw held every Tuesday and Thursday (each a “Bonus Draw Day”). The Daily Cash Draw winner on a Bonus Draw Day automatically also wins that day’s Bonus Prize. No separate entry or fee is required. Full details will appear on the Platforms and/or in the Promotion Specific Terms.
2.3 Participants are automatically entered into all applicable Prize Draws (Daily Cash, Weekly Jackpot, and Bonus), based on their active subscription or eligible postal entry during the relevant Promotion Period.
2.4 The structure, frequency, and value of Prize Draws may vary between Promotion Periods. Where this occurs, any variation will be described in the applicable Promotion Specific Terms and/or displayed on the Platforms.
3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
3.1 These Prize Draw Terms apply to all Prize Draws operated by 2FIFTY via the Platforms.
3.2 For each Promotion Period, we will issue Promotion Specific Terms which supplement these Prize Draw Terms. These documents set out details of the Prize Draws taking place during that Promotion Period, including: Opening and Closing Dates, Eligibility criteria, Prize details, and how the draws will be conducted.
3.3 Where a Bonus Draw is announced during a Promotion Period, we will publish details on the Platforms. This will include any additional terms and conditions that apply specifically to that Bonus Draw (e.g., the Prize Menu for that day).
3.4 These Prize Draw Terms must be read together with the following documents (collectively referred to as the “Governing Documents”):
- (a) The relevant Promotion Specific Terms;
- (b) Any applicable Bonus Announcement;
- (c) Our Website Terms of Use and Acceptable Use Policy;
- (d) Our Privacy Policy;
- (e) Our Cookies Policy;
- (f) (for subscribers) the Subscriber Terms.
3.5 Every person who enters a Prize Draw on the Platforms (a “Participant”) is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by the Governing Documents. If you do not agree to any part of the Governing Documents, you must not enter any Prize Draw.
3.6 2FIFTY may update or amend any of the Governing Documents as necessary. The version number and effective date of each document will be displayed at the beginning or bottom of the relevant document on the Platforms.
3.7 Any changes to the Promotion Specific Terms or Bonus Announcements during a Promotion Period will only be made in exceptional circumstances. Where this occurs, we will publish updated terms or supplemental rules on the Platforms and identify the changes clearly.
4. ELIGIBILITY
4.1 Entry into any Prize Draw is open only to individuals who: (a) are resident in the United Kingdom; and (b) are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry, except for the following who are not eligible to enter: employees, officers, or shareholders of 2FIFTY or its group; employees of agents/suppliers or third parties professionally connected with a Prize Draw; and their immediate family members or co‑residents.
4.2 By entering a Prize Draw, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements and are entitled to claim any prize you may win.
4.3 2FIFTY reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide adequate proof may result in disqualification.
4.4 Entries (electronic or postal) will not be accepted if they are: (a) submitted by or through third parties, agents, bulk‑entries, trade, syndicates or groups; (b) generated by automated means, including scripts, macros, bots or computer systems; (c) incomplete, illegible, altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; (d) made using multiple accounts or identities for the same person; or (e) otherwise in breach of these Prize Draw Terms or the Promotion Specific Terms.
4.5 Entries must be made personally by the named individual. Each person may hold one account only. We may impose per‑Draw entry caps and/or subscription tier limits as set out on the Platforms or in the Promotion Specific Terms. Attempts to circumvent any cap or restriction (including by opening multiple accounts or using multiple payment methods) may result in disqualification and/or account closure.
4.6 Postal entry is available as described in the Postal Entry Instructions on the Platforms. Each postal entry must be sent separately on its own postcard or in its own envelope and must include all required details. Postal entries received after the stated postal deadline will be entered into the following Promotion Period. We do not accept responsibility for lost, delayed, misdirected or damaged entries.
4.7 We may disqualify entries and/or refuse to award a prize where we reasonably suspect: (a) breach of these Prize Draw Terms, the Promotion Specific Terms, or the Postal Entry Instructions; (b) abuse, interference or tampering with the operation of any draw or the Platforms; (c) fraudulent, misleading or unlawful conduct; or (d) any activity that unfairly disadvantages other Participants.
4.8 Additional eligibility and draw‑specific requirements (including per‑Draw entry caps, winner limits, and exclusions) may be set out in the Promotion Specific Terms or displayed on the Platforms. Where there is any conflict, the Promotion Specific Terms take precedence for the applicable Promotion Period.
5. BONUS DRAWS (TWICE‑WEEKLY)
5.1 Schedule. Bonus Draws operate on Tuesdays and Thursdays during each Promotion Period (each a “Bonus Draw Day”).
5.2 No separate entry. The Daily Cash Draw winner on a Bonus Draw Day is also the Bonus Prize winner for that day. Odds of winning the Bonus Prize therefore mirror the odds of winning the Daily Cash Draw on that day.
5.3 Prize Menu. On each Bonus Draw Day, 2FIFTY will publish a curated selection of non‑cash prizes (the “Prize Menu”) on the Platforms, showing the approximate retail value (ARV) of each item. Images are illustrative; exact models/colours may vary.
5.4 Winner choice & deadline. The Bonus Prize winner must choose one (1) item from the Prize Menu within seven (7) days of being notified. If the winner does not choose within this period, 2FIFTY may (at its discretion) either (a) select a Prize Menu item on the winner’s behalf; or (b) deem the Bonus Prize forfeited.
5.5 Availability & substitutions. If a chosen item becomes unavailable, 2FIFTY may substitute a prize of equal or higher ARV or provide a voucher/gift card to the same value. No cash alternative is offered unless 2FIFTY agrees otherwise in writing.
5.6 Fulfilment. Bonus Prizes will be delivered or otherwise fulfilled within 30 days of the winner’s selection (or such longer period as reasonably required due to supplier or delivery constraints). Delivery is to UK addresses only, unless 2FIFTY agrees otherwise. 2FIFTY may require identity and eligibility verification before fulfilment.
5.7 Dependency. If, for any reason, a Daily Cash Draw on a Bonus Draw Day is voided, cancelled or not completed, the associated Bonus Prize for that day will also be voided for that day or moved to the next Bonus Draw Day, at 2FIFTY’s discretion.
5.8 Publicity & general. Publicity and winner‑announcement clauses in these Terms apply equally to Bonus Prizes. All other provisions of these Terms (including eligibility, disqualification, misuse/fraud, and limitation of liability) apply to Bonus Prizes. The Weekly £25,000 Jackpot remains a separate draw and is unaffected.
6. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
6.1 Each Promotion Period begins and ends at 6:00pm every Sunday, unless otherwise stated in the applicable Promotion Specific Terms.
6.2 The Opening and Closing Dates for each Prize Draw (including Daily Cash, Weekly Jackpot, and Bonus Draws) will be specified in the relevant Promotion Specific Terms or on the Platforms.
6.3 There are two valid methods of entry for all Prize Draws: (a) Subscription Entry; and (b) Postal Entry.
6.4 Subscription entry operational details. Subscription entry is available via the 2FIFTY Platforms. Entry codes are allocated when payment is confirmed and remain valid only while your subscription is active and payments are current. Your entry codes are automatically entered into all applicable Prize Draws (Daily Cash, Weekly Jackpot, and Bonus) during the relevant Promotion Period. We may apply spend caps and/or tier limits; details appear on the Platforms and/or in the Subscriber Terms.
6.5 Postal entry operational details. Postal entry is available as described in the Postal Entry Instructions on the Platforms. Each postal entry must be sent separately on its own postcard or in its own envelope and include all required details. Postal entries are treated equally to subscription entries and have the same chance of winning. To be included in the next Promotion Period, postal entries must be received by 5:00pm on the Thursday immediately preceding the beginning of that Promotion Period (which begins at 6:00pm on Sunday). Late postal entries will be rolled into the following week’s draws. 2FIFTY does not issue confirmations of receipt and is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible, incorrectly addressed, or otherwise non-compliant.
6.6 Late or ineligible entries. Entries received after the relevant Closing Date for a Draw will not be included in that Draw and may be rolled into a subsequent Draw or Promotion Period at our discretion.
6.7 Caps and exclusions. We may impose per-Draw entry caps, winner limits, and/or exclusions (for example, staff, contractors, or persons professionally connected with a Draw), as set out on the Platforms or in the Promotion Specific Terms.
6.8 Systems and technical issues. We are not responsible for technical faults, malfunctions, network failures or systems errors of any kind that may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of entries. We will take reasonable steps to minimise any detriment to Participants if such issues occur.
6.9 Valid postal entries will receive one entry into all applicable Prize Draws (Daily Cash, Weekly Jackpot, and Bonus) for the relevant Promotion Period, provided they are received before the stated Closing Date.
6.10 Opting out of Bonus Draws. Any request to opt out of Bonus Draws (while remaining entered into Daily Cash and Weekly Jackpot Draws) must be made before the Closing Date for the relevant Bonus Draw Day and is subject to operational feasibility.
6.11 Voiding, suspension or amendment. We reserve the right to void, suspend, cancel or amend a Draw where it becomes necessary to do so (including due to printing errors, systems failures, supplier issues, or circumstances outside our control) and will take reasonable steps to minimise any detriment to Participants.
7. THE PRIZES
7.1 Prize descriptions. The description, quantity and nature of prizes for each Draw are shown on the Platforms and/or in the Promotion Specific Terms for the relevant Promotion Period.
7.2 Images and ARV. Any images are illustrative only. Where stated, approximate retail values (ARV) are based on pricing at the time of publication and may vary.
7.3 Substitutions. If a prize (or any component) becomes unavailable, 2FIFTY may substitute a prize of equal or higher ARV or, where appropriate, provide a voucher/gift card to the same value. No cash alternative is offered unless 2FIFTY agrees otherwise in writing.
7.4 Third-party terms. Prizes supplied by third parties are subject to the supplier’s terms and conditions (including delivery, warranty and after-sales terms). 2FIFTY is not responsible for a winner’s failure to comply with any third-party terms.
7.5 Non-transferability. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be sold, auctioned or exchanged, except with 2FIFTY’s prior written consent.
7.6 Taxes and costs. Unless expressly stated, winners are responsible for any personal taxes or costs associated with accepting a prize (for example, travel, insurance or accessories).
7.7 Delivery and fulfilment. Delivery of non-cash prizes will ordinarily occur within 30 days of winner verification/selection (UK delivery unless agreed otherwise). Reasonable delays outside 2FIFTY’s control may extend this timeframe.
7.8 Cash prizes. Cash prizes will be paid by bank transfer to a verified UK bank account held in the winner’s name. 2FIFTY may request supporting documentation to verify identity and the account before payment is made.
8. WINNERS
8.1 For each Prize Draw: (a) The number of winners and any prize tiers will be set out in the relevant Promotion Specific Terms; (b) Each Participant will be issued with one or more unique 4‑character alphanumeric entry codes depending on their subscription tier or valid postal entry; (c) Winners of Daily Cash Draws (and therefore, on Bonus Draw Days, the Bonus Prize) are selected at random from all valid entry codes issued for the relevant draw; (d) For the Weekly Jackpot Draw, a single 4‑character alphanumeric code will be randomly generated. A winner will only be declared if that code exactly matches one of the valid entry codes for the relevant Promotion Period.
8.2 Notification. Potential winners will be notified by email and, where possible, by phone within 48 hours of the draw taking place.
8.3 Contact attempts and redraw. We will make up to three attempts to contact each winner. If a winner cannot be reached or does not respond within 14 days, the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner may be selected.
8.4 Publication. Where a winner consents, their name and/or general location may be published on the Platforms and/or our social media channels.
8.5 Weekly Jackpot contingency. If no Participant’s code matches the generated code in the Weekly Jackpot Draw, no Weekly Jackpot winner will be declared for that Promotion Period.
8.6 Process integrity. Draws are conducted using a random process by 2FIFTY or an independent service (e.g., RANDOM.ORG), and we may appoint independent observers or auditors where appropriate.
9. CLAIMING THE PRIZE
9.1 Claim window. Winners must claim within the time stated in their notification and follow any instructions provided.
9.2 Verification. 2FIFTY may require identity, age (18+), residency (UK) and eligibility verification and may request supporting documentation (and, for cash prizes, bank account verification) before awarding or fulfilling any prize.
9.3 Failure to claim / verification not completed. If a winner does not claim in time, cannot be contacted, or fails verification, the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner may be selected.
9.4 Fulfilment timeline. Once verified, 2FIFTY will aim to pay or arrange delivery of the prize within 28–30 days, subject to any reasonable delays outside 2FIFTY’s control.
9.5 Interest. No interest will be paid on any cash prize.
10. PUBLICITY
10.1 Publicity. Where a winner consents, 2FIFTY may use the winner’s name (first name and initial of surname), town/county, image and/or recorded statements together with details of the prize won for publicity purposes in any media (including announcements on the Platforms, social media posts and press releases) for up to 12 months from the prize award. No additional payment is made for such publicity. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, but this will not affect materials already produced or published before consent was withdrawn.
10.2 Winner announcements and winner list. We will announce winning entries on the Platforms. Where required or appropriate, we may also make available on request a list of major prize winners (first name, initial of surname and county) for a limited period after the end of the relevant Promotion Period. Winners may object to or request reduced disclosure; however, we may still share winner details with a regulator or other competent authority on request.
